Fitness and flow retreats with Freedom is a harmonious blend of fun and challenging workouts, on beach, forest or indoors depending on our retreat location. Along with relaxing and restorative Yoga/Pilates sessions to help compliment the more vigorous side to your training. Our cross training sessions are like nothing you will have experienced before, utilising all that nature has to assist us,  you will be guaranteed to have lots of fun!  Your fitness level is taken into account and the session can be tailored to support your own personal needs. As with all our retreats, wholesome vegetarian meals are carefully designed to provide optimum post training recovery to leave you energised, with a more positive relationship with fitness and nutrition.
